Our Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning includes the General Cleaning list items (shown below) cleaned BY HAND with emphasis and focus on removing build-up, plus the following:
Ceiling fan blades within 3-step ladder reach* (hand washed or wiped).
Light fixtures within 3-step ladder reach* (hand washed in place/not removed).
Cobwebs removed.
Blinds & shutters (Vacuumed, not washed). **
Moldings & woodwork, windowsills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped).
Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture).
Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped).
Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped).
Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs).
Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped).
Outside of appliances cleaned/ microwave (inside).
Stovetop, grates, or drip pans scrubbed.
All cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped).
All doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped).
Light switch plates (hand washed).
Countertops & backsplashes (hand washed).
All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected).
Mirrors (cleaned).
Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed to remove build-up).

*We do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture but will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
**We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require a professional mini-blind cleaning service. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
MOVE-IN / OUT CLEANINGS
(All deluxe and general items are also included in an empty house cleaning)
Kitchen: Wipe all counters/appliances including the microwave
All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
Open all cabinets, drawers, and pantry to wipe
Thoroughly sweep & mop all bare floors (especially where appliances were)
Vacuum all carpeted areas including all closets
Refrigerator: wipe out shelves and drawers
Oven: wipe out if it has been sprayed or run (self-cleaning) the night before
Wash ceiling fans & light fixtures in place, by hand, (tulip light fixtures clean in place, light fixtures w/ glass panels or bulbs like over kitchen tables, light bars in bathrooms, etc., clean well in place
Hand wash all baseboards
Wash all wood-stained cabinets in the kitchen & bathrooms
Wash all painted cabinets
Wash all doors and door frames
Wash all molding trim, stair rails and chair rails
Wash all light switch plates
Vacuum air return vents within reach (some high ceilings can only be reached w/ an extension duster
Vacuum all carpet crevices (crevice along the edge where bugs, animal hair or carpet fibers collect)

3-Hour Priority Cleaning
This is our only cleaning that is at our minimum. This cleaning is available to give us the opportunity to help you with a few cleaning chores around the house. The 3-hour Priority Cleaning includes a list of YOUR priorities of cleaning of areas in your home.
Clients make a list starting with their top priority ending with their least priority, then Keepin’ it Clean will get as much done on that list starting top to bottom within that 3 hours. You then email us the list with a good phone number and address. Then give us a call!
